Enterprise-grade network redundancy, security & reliability with 24/7 monitoring.
We include features that deliver calls to your team independent of your office network or power. Delivering peace of mind that your customers are always just one call away from your team.
Point any extension, ring group or main line at a mobile number. Calls that would have rung a dead desk phone ring a pocket instead, and the caller never knows the difference.
Set once, or change mid-outageYour extension on your phone, over mobile data or any other network. Same number, same caller ID, same transfers and voicemail, so a staff member working from anywhere is still on the phone system.
Included with every seatA rule that fires on its own. The moment your phones stop checking in with our network, calls follow the path you chose in advance: mobiles, another branch, or an answering service.
Automatic, no call to supportChoosing a VoIP provider with a Hosted PBX gives you peace of mind. You don’t have to worry about security patches, or monitoring the system. Our team is constantly monitoring call activity and we are managing the PBX system for security and feature upgrades.
Because your phone system runs in our data centres rather than a cupboard in your office, patching and updates are ours to do. There is no server on your premises quietly falling years behind, and no upgrade project you have to budget for.
The bigger risk is account access: a reused password, a former employee, a credential that turns up in someone else's breach. That's what the controls beside this are for.
Staff reach the portal through the identity provider you already run. One account to disable when somebody leaves, and no separate phone-system password to be reused or written down.
A second factor on portal logins, so a stolen password on its own isn't enough to get into your account.
Logins are recorded against the addresses they came from. An account signing in from somewhere it never has before is visible rather than invisible.
International dialling is off unless you ask for it, we can activate for specific users, or entire accounts with 3 levels of restrictions. This limits exposure to international call fraud.
Redundancy handles the ordinary failures. A recovery plan is for the rest: the ones nobody predicted, where the answer is how fast can this be rebuilt rather than what takes over.
Your configuration, extensions, call routing and voicemail are backed up, so a rebuild restores your phone system as it was rather than starting from a blank page.
We don't depend on a single upstream network. If one provider has a bad day, traffic moves to another. That’s the failure most likely to take a smaller provider off the air entirely.
We prioritized geo-redundancy when planning our network and data centres. Each one is independent of the others including ownership, equipment, upstreams, software, etc.
The recovery plan ends with a person. Whatever has happened, you can call 604-674-3000 and speak to someone in Vancouver who can see your setup and change it while you're on the line.
That's the goal: a phone system you stop thinking about. Give us fifteen minutes and we'll walk you through the network, your failover rules and the actual bill.
604-674-3000Or just call. A person answers.
