This role is exclusively for motivated winners. We're looking for cold callers who can get past objections and introduce B1 Communications to business owners — building your pipeline, fostering relationships and booking demos.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to small businesses across Metro Vancouver, every day
- Open conversations with owners and managers who weren't expecting your call
- Ask the right questions to find out whether we're worth their time
- Book qualified demos and hand them cleanly to the sales team
- Keep your pipeline and notes honest and up to date
What we're looking for
- Someone who isn't afraid of the phone — cold calling is most of this job
- Thick skin and a short memory; the next call is always a fresh start
- Clear, natural on a call, and genuinely curious about a stranger's business
- Persistent and organized enough to work a list without losing track
Nice to have
- Previous outbound, telemarketing or B2B phone sales experience
- Telecom, VoIP or IT services familiarity
